Homeputers LLC provides software development, infrastructure, and consulting services under mutually executed statements of work or service agreements. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree that any formal engagement will be governed by a written agreement signed by both parties.
Services
All services are provided on a project, retainer, or advisory basis as defined in individual engagement agreements. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set forth in each statement of work.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise specified in an engagement agreement, client-specific work product developed under a paid engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Homeputers LLC.
Limitation of liability
Homeputers LLC's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable engagement agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement agreements shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as specified in the engagement agreement.
